We have made every effort to comply with the W3C®'s HTML 4.01 Recommendation, including running our pages through the W3C's HTML validator service.

Our pages are fully compliant with this Recommendation, with one exception: Our HTML frameset documents have an additional attribute, border, which causes some Web browsers to display our frames correctly. This attribute is not specified by the W3C's HTML 4.01 Frameset DTD. Because Web browsers ignore attributes which they do not recognize, we are confident that this will not create an interoperability or usability problem.
